Every have one of those weeks…where you plan it all out…and then reality comes and stomps all over your plans. I had that week! I’m so sorry this first check-in post is late. I won’t be so late next week.

I haven’t been great about getting on the Wii every day, but more so than I have in the last year! But I have been doing great at loggin my food and exercise on Daily Burn. I think that site is going to really help with flinging some of this fat!

I love DailyBurn too. It really makes you think about what you’ve been doing and eating. I’m hoping I can afford a pro membership soon. I only worked out with Wii Fit about 3 days last week, but I did make sure to exercise somehow every day, and I did a body test all but Thursday.
Keep on flinging that fat!
